Hi there,
1) I could not say if you qualify, however you may be able to do so if your condition makes you unable to work.

2) That depends on which benefits you are eligible for. If you're eligible for SSDI benefits, then you would receive benefits based on your work record and your history of paying into Social Security Disability Insurance through payroll taxes. If you are eligible for SSI benefits, then you would receive benefits based on your household income.
3) If you receive SSI benefits, your children would not be eligible for benefits based off of your disability benefits. If you receive SSDI benefits, they may be able to do so.
4) If your children are eligible for benefits based off of your disability benefits, then the custodial parent generally receives those benefits for the child.
5)You would need to contact the office that administers MassHealth to find out, they would be able to help you further.
