I am 60 years old and I have applied for SSD With medical records to show that I have 2 large bone spurs on the heels of each foot, arthritis on the tops of my feet, moderate arthritis in my knees with several bone spurs, anthroplasty of the right elbow (dominant) due to trauma injury, severe sleep apnea, depression and anxiety...and I weigh 325 lbs. (morbidly obese). A disability advocate has agreed to represent me in winning my case. Disability has denied me first time around, stating I can still work a sedentary full time job. Between my feet and knees with all my pain, I can barely walk. I must use a walker or cane at all times. What do you feel my chances are to eventually win my disability?
