Respiratory disorder due to prolonged chemical exposure

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on

I work as a labor in a small scale manufacturing industry in Canada engaged in detergent production. Due to the long exposure of dust and raw materials of detergents, have caused problems in my respiratory system in the form of asthma and irritation to the eyes, causing mild blindness. I am temporarily totally disabled, and after the consultation, my doctor found out that my condition is worsening. I keep on having an asthma attack that lasts for over a day or two, and it requires intensive care resulting in increased medical expenses which is more than I can bear. I filed for a disability claim, but it was denied. I would really appreciate it if anybody could help me suggest what to do next to move forward.
