I had a severe auto accident and shattered both collar bones dislogated both shoulders that required surgeries on both.with one having graf roap holding one close in place. I have to see a pain doctor to try to control my pain. I have tried to work but only could for 2 weeks due to my pain. and very hard to move my arms above my head or pick up anything over about 15 to 20 lbs and even that causes me pain. I don't know what to do.
