My Ex husband turns 62 in September of 2016, this year. I have sol custody of our 5 children in which two of them are under the age of 17 yet. So am I able to draw from his SSI when he turns 62 and be paid also for them two children under the age of 17? Or is he allowed to do so?

Hi Marjore,
You might need to be over the age of 62, or have children under 16 in your care to be eligible for benefits on your ex's work record.
