Hi, I just found out my medical portion has been approved. I had to call directly in to speak to someone as my online status changed and it did not make sense. So the lady told me I have been approved medically, this sounded terrific to me! She then told me it is now back with my state (Ohio) to review something that sounded financial related. Basically all she really said is that they have to double check that I am not working still. Well, I am not and have not been working, so since my medical has been approved doesn't it sound like a done deal? I have to wait 60 days to find out so figured I would check here.

I wouldn't be able to comment on your application status, but I do know that your application may be reviewed by the state if you're applying for SSI because the state may supplement your SSI depending on the state.
