Hearing then NO Hearing and WON

This has been going on since 5/1/2014 longer than most shorter than some. Got a letter on 3/16/2017 saying in reviewing the case for hearing they were able to make a "fully favorable" decision. They have not yet determined the non-medical part yet but will work to do that soon. (I am sure it helped my case I turned 50 last Nov)
Now I find out today I a scheduled for a phone interview on 4/10/2017 what is the phone interview for?
I haven't worked since 5/1/2014 and my case was marked as dire need when the mortgage company started to breath down my neck. I know that "Dire Need" helps with the hearing part but not the getting paid part.
So what is this phone interview for?
And now how long before I see a check?
Will this ever end??!!

Hi there,
They may be following up by phone to confirm banking information, or to double-check information that you may have given them I really could not say how long it would take for a check to arrive, as every case is different and as such can take varying amounts of time.
