I am still waiting to be scheduled for a hearing, but I received in the mail an authorization to release medical records, a form about the prescription that I am taking, and the names of my doctors and my employment for the past 15 years. Does this mean that they are doing an On-The-Record Review with my case?

They may be doing so, however I really could not say if they are trying to do that or if they are just reviewing your medical records.
