Most likely Marfans syndrom

My wife is currently on SS disability but is up for review in a couple of months.

She meets many criteria for marfans and all doctors have asked if she has it but nobody has stepped up to the plate and diagnosed her as such. She had the aortic valve replaced in 1989 then in 2011 they found the aorta was enlarged. They replaced the aorta at the root and the valve. This was followed by ARDS which she has recovered but has some emphysema due to all the time on the ventilator (approximatley 6 or 7 months as well as a partially calapsed lung due to the size of the artificial aorta crowding out the lung. In addition she has pretty bad arthritis in both knees, really bad in one. She's lost 40 pounds of weight from being in the hospital for 8 months straight followed by another month on in and out hospitalization. She has bad vericose veins in both legs related to the marfans but not ulcerated. She also is suffering from post tramatic stress disorder from being in the hospital for so long then learning to write, walk and talk again. She has one paralyzed vocal cord from the aorta replacement surgery and she gets tired very very easily. She's good for about 3-4 hours a day of activity. Things like cooking and washing laundry in the a.m. will wear her out for the day. Due to the anxiety she has she can't be out in public with out someone she trusts. She isn't strong enough from all the weight loss to lift a 20 lb back of cat litter. Her arthritis meds mess with her blood thinner levels so they've taken her off that. They want to keep her blood pressure below normal levels to protect the aorta graft.

Even though the aorta has been replaced with a prosthetic as well as the valve in your opinion would she still qualify for SS disability?
