hello my name George I had my hearing on sept 18 the needed some paper work from my pysc so h gave my lawyer 3 weeks to obtain and submit back to the alj then judge ordered me a ce with ssa psyc that was on 10/7 he received the report back on 10/21 as of 12/12 the decisions writer had the case my case was closed on 12/23 I called qdar office they told me since judge signed off on 12/23 iwill be receiving the decision soon because they don't mail from that office. I would like some opinions on my chances of having a favorable or partial decision. ive looked on line at several different sites saying that favorable decisions are generally sent out 30 to 45 after the case is closed. can some one shed some light on this thank you very much.
