This may be a difficult question to answer but here goes.
Back in 2004 I applies for disability due to depression/bipolar I was denied, I appealed and took it as far as the judge.
He approved me, however by then I was working so he ONLY gave me my 4 years of back pay and not ongoing.
Which would have made me disabled as of 2004, right?
Fast forward to current year 2015, I have re applied. IF I am to be approved what happens to all the years in between do they just say I was not disabled or would they have to look back and say my disability date is still started 2004?
Also how likely is it that I am going to have to fight this out with appeals? Shouldn't it just be a given that if you have already been approved once then you shouldn't have to jump through the hoops again?
I just don't know if I have the fight in me right now.
