Daughter in law not getting help and losing her second kidney, we are losing hope

My daughter in law lives right outside of Branson. She is in desperate need to find a primary care doctor anywhere in the area that will see her that will refer her to a specialist for her kidney as she needs dialysis right away. She has a lot of medical debt and the doctors in the area wont see her anymore and now she is in a real crisis.

Not to long ago she lost one kidney because we didn't have the money for the surgery to remove a cyst that had formed near her spine and was pressing on the renal nerve. They waited so long to do the surgery that it caused her to lose one kidney. She has so much debt because she has a pituitary brain tumor that has gotten large and needs to be removed but we were able to get her on medicine to reduce the tumor but now we can't even get the medicine because no doctor will see her anymore because she has so much debt and I am only able to help pay the dr bill sometimes because I have to help with the tumor meds and the meds cause her to have seizures and so we have to get that medicine too and also pain medicine. The sad thing is that the state of oklahoma should have provided her the medical care to remove the cyst when she was 19 as she had been in foster care many years and was still covered under their medical but they denied her help.

My son works but does not make that much money but he makes too much to get any help and they have no kids but her little brother is staying with them. So she found a job at a kind of call center and is doing good there when she is not at the ER in sever pain from the tumor or having seizures and she did have a seizure at work once. She knew she needed insurance and finally got it but it only helps with new health issues. On top of that the doctor that did the surgery to remove her kidney is garnishing her check and they take the whole check so I have to give her gas money and lunch money to get to work as well.

She is scared because the hospital told her that her kidney is not doing good and they want her on dialysis to relieve the kidney some and see if that helps. She was suppose to start Monday 7-14-15 but she can not find a primary doctor that will see her and refer her to a specialist. The only place she can be seen is in the ER at Cox hospital and they don't do much for her because she does not have a doctor.

This is breaking my heart as she is probably going to lose this kidney too. I just want to find a doctor that will have mercy on her and see her so that she can save her kidney. If anyone here knows of any doctor that would see her in Branson or Springfield or anywhere in that area please post their name. I will try to make a small payment for her for the doctor bill but I am being stretched. I don't live in Missouri. Thank you for any help or advice you can give me. God bless

Seems that it will cost the taxpayers more by not having funds to help people like my daughter in law. The reason is that once she has no kidneys she quilifies for disability and can then get help. But if they help her save her kidney she does not qualify for any disability, well she does but they can continue to just deny her like they have been doing for a long time because she also has serious back problems as well. Then she still has to work and provide her own insurance. But I guess you don't live very long without kidneys so I guess it does not cost that much in the long run.

So right now she is probably losing her kidney, has no medicine for her brian tumor or seizures or pain medicine except for what little they prescribe at the ER.

I need to correct myself. The state of Oklahoma should have approved her for the surgery to remove the brain tumor when they first found it when she was 19 years old and still eligible for medical help as a ward of the state. She has suffered a lot of years from this tumor and now is also in danger of going blind. Just something I forgot to mention. There seems to be no help anywhere and it's almost too late.
