Does my daughter qualify due to TBI, loss of pituitary gland, loss of periphial vision.

20 years ago when my daughter was 7 she had surgery for a brain tumor on the stalk of her pituitary gland which resulted in complete loss of endocrine function, loss of peripheral vision in both eyes, hypothyroidism, short term memory loss, and depression. She had growth hormone shots for years and still takes 4 other medications in order to stay alive. At age 27 she has tried to attain normality and has had about 8 jobs in the last 5 years all of which she has either been fired or resigned. She is overwhelmed currently with anxiety and depression and is totally reliant on me for financial and emotional support. Emotionally she is still 7 yrs. old.
I have been divorced for almost 9 years and have never received any child support or disability benefits for her.
