My husband has had a stroke, 3 weeks ago, this has affected his left side, he has limited strength. He also suffers from memory loss. Our doctor states he can not work at this time, he is in construction. So he does not get paid unless he works. Prior to that he was a tug boat captain. Does he qualify for disability? How does one go about appling for assistance. Without his income we will lose our home.
