mri to right shoulder

on 1-27-2011 i had gotten injury at work and my arm started hurting so i went to the doctor to see what it was he told me that i had bursitis and he recommend that i go to physical therpy so i did what he suggest but my right arm still bother me so i when back then he gave me a shot for the pain but it didn't help so i when back the next time i asked for a mri so he said does your arm still hurts i said yes so he order the test for me and with in two days the results came back and i went to see him one more time and he told me that i had a focal partial thickness articular surface tear of the distal anterior supraspinatus tendon with moderate underlying, small subacromial spur, mild subacromial/subdeltoid bursiitis now if i didn't go back to see what was wrong i could have injury it much worst thank god i paid attention to my symtoms
