Requalify for SSD

I was deemed mentally disabled due to bipolar, anxiety, depression, scitzo effective disorder in 1995.

Then I started working in 1999.

In then end of 2001 I was not able to work and got SSD again.

In 2006 I started working again. The past 5 yrs, Ive been fired from three jobs. The first after 5 months. The second after 3 months or so. Then I didnt work for four months.

Then I got the job I had for just over three years with my boss threatening to fire me all the time because I missed so much time from work. 30+ day missed the first yr, 30+ days the second year, 30+ days the third year... over 100 days in three years.

I got fired 4 weeks ago . I was in the psych ward in the hospital for one week. Now Im going into partial hospitalization, for the second time (I went through this program in 1995) and I start next Thursday.

I spoke with someone over the phone and they said I had to requalify.

I still suffer from these problems and have had some tragic things happen in the recent past... car accident with broken bones and two surgeries later , Im still in physical therapy now and expect to make a 90% recovery of my foot.

Mentally, Im a reck.

Im 45 and have worked very little. Maybe 8 years or so total in my life.

Do I qualify now?
