I am receiving SSDI and food stamps (bridge card) they just started taking out my medicare part A & B which costs me $177 out of my already small SSDI check. Then I just received a letter stating that "due to my change in income my food benefits will be decreased to $16" Why would they lower my food benefits after lowering my monthly income? Shouldn't it have increased?
Does anyone know how to get an increase in my SSDI payments AND my food benefits?
