What are the chances to by approve with RA? I had treatment for the past 2 years, many medication that can't control the inflamation CRP.

The fatigue, side effects of the medication, the horrible pain in my joints and lungs.

Hi there,
I really could not say, but it any case if you're unable to work, it may be a good idea to apply for benefits.

I've been diagnosed with COPD ALONG with my RA, my joints are beginning to bend and I'm in constant pain in my hands and arms. I'm currently taking Enbrel injections once a week. How good are my chances of receiving SOC SEC disability?

Hi Michelle,

I would consult the SSA's Blue Book (specifically listing 14.09 and 3.02)with your doctor to see if you meet one or both listings to medically qualify.
