I applied for disability benefits online. Some of the info I have said that I also needed to file for SSI. However, other places I read that by completing the online disability application I was applying for both SSDI and SSI. I'm confused and don't want to lose any benefits.

I read somewhere you need to provide information if your are divorced. Such as ss , address, etc for the ex spouse. Is this true? Do you have to provide? Would have no idea of those details.

Yes, you would need that. You may want to talk to the SSA and see what they can do to help.
