I have been fighting for ssd for 8 years I finally won the case in july. my kids received their money even my lawyer got his it is about to be christmas and i have to pay bills . I would like to know if there is a time limit when you are suppose to get your retro money back

There is unfortunately no time limit for back pay or retroactive payments. Hopefully they will arrive soon! If you won your case in July I would expect them to arrive this month.
