I live in Arizona. If I accept the services of a credit counseling service, and providing my debtors are financial institutions, will my actions in any way jepordize my national or state disabilty benefits -- present, future, or pending? Not just SSI, but the other disability-related programs as well.

Generally, your Social Security benefits would not be garnished, and that may include any other assistance you receive as well.
