Occupational specialist said I could be an usher dose that mean I will get denied?

At my hearing the occupation specialists said I could be an usher dose that mean the judge will rule against me? I had 2 strokes, mitral valve surgery but do to work its dammaged to the point of almost replacement, 2 herniated discs with degenerative disc disease, severe arthritis in both hips, both knees one needs to be replaced ,severe arthritis in right ankle plantar fasciitis In both feet , I also have severe palpitations and arrhythmias! I hired my own occupational specialist who said I can't work! Will the judge consider my health or just go with the specialist opinion? The main thing I have against me is I'm only 45! I'm also 80% disabled from the VA and have been disability retried from NY state

Hi there,
If you can be re-trained to do something else, it may be decided that you are not eligible for benefits on that basis. If you're not already, it may be a good idea to speak with a disability advocate or attorney, as they can help you through the process of appeals. If you fill out the form here:

We can have one reach out to you.
