Can I get Disability benefits

Its so hard to find a job with my disability's. I can do collage because I cant do the classes. There for I dont have a degree there for its VERY hard to find anything. Even if I do come across something I can learn how to do it completely. Im only at a 3rd grad reading level. All of my learning levels are Elementally school Levels and im about to be 23.
