I have gone all the way to appeals council. I had 2 crappy lawyers who didn't add my psychiatrist's records nor did they correct the judges incorrect ruling/disregard of another important doctor's records. I now am filing a new application. Does this application start from scratch? Or do I have to correct all of the judges mistakes from the hearing? It was a complete mess.
