My husband has terminal cancer and is receiving SSDI benefits. As a caregiver to our daughter, I am also receiving a benefit as is she. I have just learned that as a caregiver, my benefit will stop when she turns 16. My question is.... Will her amount go up since I'm no longer receiving a benefit or does my amount just go back into the system? Thank you in advance.
