How long do it take to get my hearing results
My son has been on SS disability since 2010. In 2011 he got a job at Home Depot pushing shopping carts. He gets paid every two weeks. We recently got a letter from SS showing he exceeded the maximum pay allowed for TWP 6 times. A call to SS revealed they look at the pay period end date on his pay stubs for calculation. It turns out that there are two times a year where there will be 3 two-week pay period end dates in the same month. When SS counts these months, they are actually counting 3 pay periods (six weeks pay) for those months.
I know a person who is getting benefits from wisconsin. But he is living in MN. How do i report him
I have been getting SSDI for 3 years. My health has improved slightly, but have recently recovered from lung surgery with a permanent lung disease. I am thinking about trying to work part time as a trial work period and the income would be around
$ 600.00, below the $770 allowed for 2014. I would be filing a 1099 so I would be paying FICA back to Social Security. Would this increase my Social Security payout?
I was told by SSI I had enough work credits for SSI and I had to apply for SSDI. Can I stay on SSI if it is determined I am not eligible for SSDI? I work 15 hours a week only but I continue to work.
My son is receiving benefits due to his father's disablilty. Now we are not married and biologically he's not my child's father but he loves him. The issue is his grown daughters have issues with this arrangement. They have made threats on calling social security and blowing the whistle. Though the father thinks the threats are baseless but I'm not so sure. What can be done really can I go to jail even though he willingly signed the papers and gave my child his last name and acknowledged my child as his??/ Help

If a person receiving SSDI inheirits $100,000, would it affect their SSDI payments, or continued eligibility. Would a Special Needs Trust need to be setup?
