Need disability form for some one that has no interent!
Hi there,
Not really sure how you found us without internet! But to get your forms you can always call the SSA at 1-800-772-1213.
Thank you for your quick response. I have Internet on my phone that one son gave to me as a gift. I live with my other son. They have an inexpensive service and I can't get service on my laptop. I am also having trouble with my laptop so I haven't been able to use it. I can't print off the forms. I do appreciate your help very much, but, you answered in a way that was unprofessional. You shouldn't question my issues with the Internet like that. I am doing the best that I can with my circumstances and I don't really want to be in this position anyway. My getting older has brought me many problems that I never knew that I would have. I am really a nice person. You are blessed and I wish you all the best. Thanks again for your help today.
Hi Cindy,
Thank you for sharing! We apologize about the unprofessional answer, and we'll be using this as an example as to how to improve our responses.
Why do peopke at Social Security treat us as uf we are asking for THEIR money? I have always worked and not I am ill.
HI Elvia,
I'm sorry to hear about that! You may be able to complete the application online at the SSA's website.

Hi Diane,
You can get one by calling national toll-free service at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778) or visiting your local Social Security office. An appointment is not required, but if you call ahead and schedule one, it may reduce the time you spend waiting to apply.
