An individual on disability seeking employment with us, asked to volunteer-work during June and July, then begin paid-work in August once her disability is discontinued. Is this something that is okay from the ER and EE standpoint?
Are there a certain number of hours she has to be limited to per week? Who do I tell her to contact to make sure she maintains her eligibility throughout? Lastly, can she be paid for work (short hours) while on disability?
BTW, this is for CA.
