Can you collect Unemployment Benefits while waiting for the time of decision. Do you have to pay this money back if you win your Benefits?

Is there any special exeption for a person that does not have enough workquarters and wants to share credits with spouse buth there age is only 60?

I was wondering if working was allowed while receiving disability. If so how much can you earn a week and still get your coverage. I would like to get a part time job is one could accomdate my disability.

Can I work at all? I am not able to go back to work physically, but I wanted to work the food counter at my workout facility. I would probably make around $100 every 3 weeks, I dont want this to cause any harm to my benefits, It's just I am coming out of my skin not being able to do anything. It would just be some light cooking.

I am 52 years old and have been disabled for 8 years due to renal failure. My question is, since I have had a kidney transplant, does my social security benefits end. If so when, because there is always a chance of rejection. If it does end, I do not want to be taken by surprise, will they let you know early enough, or will it be oneof those deals where they just cut you off, then inform you that you are no longer eligible?

My son was born with cerabral palsey. He is a quadraplegic and only has use of his head muscles. He is now 19 yrs old.
We signed him up for SSI when he turned 18. Can he apply for SSDI due to his disability and which would be btter financially for him SSI or SSDI?

how long does it really take for you to receive your money?

I would like to know: when purchasing a home and the question is ask about tax returns, how is it explained that i haven't paid taxes in years because of my disablity. or am i suppose to pay taxes on moneys recieved?

My friend's spouse is a US Citizen, receives SSDI and is nearing death. My friend is Mexican. Will she continue to receive her husband's SSDI after he passes or will benefits cease?
