My husband had a Liver Transplant last October. He qualified for SSDI, I believe in February of 2010, receiving his first check in August of 2010. He is starting to feel better and thinks he might try to go back to work, at least part time. Reading other comments and questions in this forum have confused me Prefabrik Ev. Can he continue to collect his benefits for nine months if he is working. Can he only make $1000 or less a month and continue to collect his SSDI benefits? Thank you in advance for your help.

CAN I WORK AND STILL RECEIVE SSDI?

I RECEIVE SSDI DUE TO A PERMANTLY DISSABLED RIGHT ARM AND HAND (THAT IS WHY I TYPE IN ALL CAPS, I.E., ITS EASIER); I HAVE SEVERE BACK PAIN AND I HAVE DIFFICULTY WALKING AS A RESULT OF A BROKEN NECK (FRACTURE OF C5 & C6). I STILL WANT TO WORK THOUGH... DOING WHAT, I DON'T KNOW. CAN I WORK AND RECEIVE SSDI AND IS THERE AN INCOME LIMIT? GRANT FROM GEORGIA.

What if a person moves to another state? Do you simply update your address on line. If you still want to have your funds direct deposited to your original state and bank is that okay. Thanks V

I became a below knee Left leg amputee Nov. 2002 due too Type 1 Diabetes vascular blockage. I became above knee Right leg amputee on June 2010 due to blood clots and total blockage of vascular veins in the left leg. My question is am I eligible for an increase in monthly benefits due to this new amputation and drastic change in my physical abilities ?
