Waiting for decision

I had my disability hearing September 22, 2016. The judge gave the attorney an extra 2 weeks for a copy of a document to be sent to the judge. A decision was made on October 11, 2016.--It is still in pending writing decision. It's been so long. Could this be a denial?

How can I find out the judges decision without waiting on the letter to come in the mail? Or how can I find out how much are my benefits and will I receive my first check when everyone else receive theirs on the up coming first?

I had my hearing on Monday i have a stimulator for chronic pain and i tore my rotator cuff and my left shoulder I had to surgery and I had a breast reduction for the distant my neck and I have to have another surgery to remove two discs in my neck again and I have foot surgery so I hope the juicy in my favor to approve me for my disability and I am over 50 and I cannot do the work that I should do before I got hurt

I went to court dec 10th 2017.my issues were. Bulging herniated disc should I get injections for take pain meds. Diabetes with neuropathy in my feet and fingers. I have 2 stints in my heart but still I'm out of breath.my legs give out so I use a cane. Medical evidence. Plus I have been diagnosed with bipolar severe anxiety severe depression and PTSD take Arbor six medications for that that makes me sleep most of the time. I isolate a lot and do not go out and do much of anything I can't drive because my eyesight is blurry due to operation due to my diabetes making my eyes bleed.do you think I have a good chance?? It's in the decision writing stage thank you

How can I find out what was the decision made by the judge

When I applied for disability in 1995 I was lucky enough to have a mother who helped me gather all my medical records and make an appointment to present the information. I was making around 100k at the time I developed Lupus. It is critical that your have tax records, proof from current employer, everything that you can think of to prove your case. I was a single parent and loved the job I could no longer do. I too waited for months without any decision and one day I called to check on the status and the young man said "you sound upset." I said the process is driving me to the point of considering suicide. I did not mean that only expressed my feelings. Magically the next week I received a letter saying I had been approved. I recommend you call every time you think about it. My case required no lawyer who gets all the months not paid from the time you filed. I was sent for a physiological evaluation during this process which is not unusual and if it is something your attorney has not already requested you might want to ask about having it done as part of your record. It was not an in depth evaluation and lasted 5 minutes. My prayers to all of you waiting on this difficult and time consuming process. Stress does not help us fight illness. There are alternatives to attorneys called patient advocates. I would be glad to share the info.

I went to court Nov 9,2016 The analysts said there's no job that I can do the doctor said there's nothing that I can do judge won't update medical records

My husband had is hearing in Sept we recently got a letter in the mail that they were introducing new evidence in something about 19e does anyone know what this means thanks

My disability advocate told me the judge has made her decision and it is at the decision writer, apparently as of 02/16/17 the decision writer is in the process of writing it. Any idea how long that usually takes? My hearing was 11/14/16.
