Reconsideration Stage

careless DDS worker...can I file a complaint against him w / SSA ?

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on

I am worried after receiving a letter that my sons application was denied today. I am concerned because the DDS worker was mixing up doctors while we spoke on the phone several times and he also did not include :

the chief diagnosis ( he was still being diagnosed during the application )

He did not include all medical records I faxed to him/ he confirmed with me he received.

he did not even request any of the medical records properly. he wanted to quickly get rid of claim and thats what he did.

What he did do :

SSDI & SSI

I have been on SSDI since 2000. Since then, my health issues have become extremely worse. Do I need to get an attorney to receive more than just my Social Security? Thank you.

My 6 yr old autistic son non verbal with sensory perception disorder who cannot care for himself was denied disability?

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on

My son is autistic severe, non verbal and sensory disorder, and I had to leave my career as a hygienist making 80,000 a year full time to care for him. I also developed anxiety disorder, adhd, panic attacks which prevent me from working as well. why would this be? This seems very strange. The man I spoke to said your son is disabled according to us so imagine my surprise when he was denied?
Thank you
Corinne

I am a 53 year old man that has always worked. I gained an astonishingly diverse amount of skillsets. I had been working hurt for twelve years with serious lack of blood flow to my legs almost loosing half of my left foot in 2005. After many years as a millwright I no longer could stand the pain endured doing that type of work. I have been forced To move to Puerto Rico where my wife and I own property without a mortgage. I used the last of my savings to make the move.
